I have been ****** of my refund , the reservation was cancelled on booking.com, when enquired Sandton Skye hotel advises that they cannot refund as they have completed the booking..but it was cancelled in booking.com They do not want to refund me and this is like theft. For a hotel of this calibre it is embarrassing and this is likely to happen to others. I want refund as this is like theft because I did not check in at all and cancelled it where they have completed the booking. 0648063808
Worst scum under this earth!!!!! My parcel is not delivered as yet 42 days gone by, no feedback from them.. my tracking number is EV028512075CN All their numbers are invalid, i tried every number on their site! Invalid or unreachable ***!!!! All i want to know where is my parcel, is it stolen because it is SA we stay in afterall or is it held at customs??? Not even 1 star...if i could rate them -5
HI...I Senr an e-mail to cancel my Beame last year 17th February 2021, they still debiting my account, i tried calling the call centre yesterday 28-02-2022 i had to hold on for close to 45min, still no answer, i tried again this morning 01-03-2022, they advised they will.contact me back at 11-00..still no call back, i then tried myself.to call for assistance, no answer!!!!! I mean do we have incompetant people working there? The best part is they handed my account over when it suppose to be cancelled????
On the 30th September 2019 went to the nedbank branch and spoke to a consultant regarding a personal loan...all documents were given as asked for by the consultant...she also advised me to take tranactional account and issued me a temp card.in the mean time...went back and fort over the phone with multiple call centre agents as i could no longer get hold of the consultant...left messages to contact me back...they always say they will.contact you back but never do and up to this current day 07 october 2019 nothing has bee done...even the manager of that branch said he will contact me and yet no contact...was told it takes 2 days to pay in the account they opened.for me but no funds received...its frustrating as this is a whole week gone and no one bothers to contact me after leaving numerous messages to contact me back urgent..it got escalated to the manager of the branch and yet no contact..absolutely unprofessional and uncaring...
