I have been playing with betway (lightning)and won but my funds was not credited and as a result i couldnt continue playing.... then a big number dropped which i have been betting on and then another birg multiplier dropped. I tried reaching out to the customer care but the game was continuing while i was waiting. Im really not happy anf need to be compensated accordingly .
I decided to go to Mac cosmetics at Menly Mall to get new lipstick. When i walked in the shop was completely empty and the lady approached me to assist ....i explained to her what i want and she presented me with 3 different shades ....as i was speakinh to her an Indian lady walked in the shop so the lady that was helping me asked if she could go assist her .....i agreed because i just she wanted to acknowledge her presence and then return to me .....little did i know that i had been dumbed just like that and she was now going to help that lady and left me like that....mind you , she waa the only employee , 10 minutea later i decided to walk out ....... guess what !? The lady didnt even try to stop me , no apology nothing !!! I left without purchasing what i came for. Im really dissapointed .... is my money not good enough for Mac ???
By far the worst servive i have ever received!!!! I went to Adidas purchase a pair of sneakers for my niece on Monday and when i paid they gave me a box with no lid/cover and when i explained to the cashier that it was a gift and asked if they had an extra box she just responded and said " you just javr to buy one from one of the gift shops" ...i let that go even though i was not happy I latet disvovered that my niece no longer wears the size i got so i decided to return the shoes for a refund on Wednesday (today) .... so i went and requested to get a refund coz i couldn't find anything else that i liked .... the cashier told me they dont have cash to refund me and i should just go walk around the complex and come back later maybe they would have had a cash customer or alternatively they can refund the money back to my card which will take 14 working days ...i then refused and told her i cant accept either of the "solutions" and requested her to make a plan ....and guess what? The money mirraculously appeared in her till.... that was after she made smug remarks about me in the background to the other cashier ...Certainly not buying there ever again
Each time I order online I get told that they don’t have stock and they will just refund me ….. the people that call you don’t even care no have the curtesy to offer an alternative product …. You then have to wait 7-14 days for your refund ….. the worst customer service and poor management of the online website….. why does it allow you to order when they don’t have the products …. And it’s ALWAYS the case

I played and won with betway ....uploaded all the required documentation as per compliance requirement however each time i do a withdrawal the funds are returned to my account. I have called in more than 5 times and spoke to different agents who have assured me that all is in order . My issue has been escalated 3 times to the accounts department and each time i have not been provided with any feedback as to why they keep returning the funds. I honestly just want to withdraw my funds and deactivate this account , clearly my business in not of any value to them. Lottostar never gave me these problems.
So disappointed in their service. I went to buy items on Friday and they were finished since they were on special. They then gave me a "rain check" so that i can purchase them even after the promo has ended. I have been calling since the morning , the first two people i spoke to just hung up on me and then they have been transferring me to phones that no one answers. Highly unprofessional behavior....... Why must a woman go through so much trouble , just to get toilet paper
Hype was created around the event for NOTHING.... we bought our tickets in well in advance for the event and we have just learnt that the show has been "postponed". Who cancels an event TWO DAYS BEFORE!!!???? and on top of that they have not notified us , we are seeing all of this on fb .....now , we are requesting a refund and they are telling us to wait for 7 working days - whose problem is it???? Life has to go on, we want to go pay for another event now - people that actually know what they're doing. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED , HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
