This place is a nightmare and a scam frankly...after booking and paying for your booking they ask you to pay R500 key fee knowing that you can't cancel well that's nothing their check in takes 2 hours
FNB has put a hold on my business account have been trying to get ahold of the investigator and I’m not winning,FNB has a tendency of stealing from its clients maybe it’s time I take my grievances to the ombudsman cause I can’t be dealing with on issue over and over
I am appalled by the conduct of FNB,they put a hold on my account in July and since then i have been to the bank 3/4 times a week to try get a resolution with no luck.I have also asked the bank to close the account as it keeps getting money that i cant withdraw instead they just keep taking bank charges and not releasing the money or close the account
