Outsurance admits that I have adequate roof maintenance, says that the roof leaks were caused by "the pressure of the water in the rain storm" but still refuses to pay out because it is not storm damage, according to them. On top of that they do not sent a letter of repudiation or an agreement of loss letter. Just some email that is not an official document, therefore delaying the claim. Their excess payments are also ridiculously high. Just another big company happily taking our very expensive contributions, but trying to gaslight us when we claim.
Nedbank Insurance falls back on the standard repudiation reason "Poor workmanship and client's failure to maintain" even when their own service provider did the work less than a year ago. How am I supposed to be responsible for the workmanship rendered by their service provider?
Non-existent customer service. Appoints sub-syandard service providers. When a claim is put in for damage due to their contractors' shoddy work, it is repudiated. Their reason? Bad workmanship and lack of maintenance. Workmanship done by THEIR service providers
Mona is extremely knowledgeable and has solved my IT problems that other IT companies could not. She has helped me remotely, at any odd hour, with extreme patience and has saved me a fortune with her creative thinking. Whereas other IT company employees are often unfriendly, she is extremely customer friendly and freely shared her knowledge. She is not only focused on solving the problem, but also educating her customers with great patience. I highly recommend this company, and especially Mona.
