I sent a package through Aramax last week Tuesday (05/05/2020) that was supposed to take between 24 to 72 hours, so Friday latest. I called Aramax on Friday (08/05/2020) and was told the package was handed over to a third party company on Wednesday (06/052020). The lady I spoke to told me she would contact them and sms me what happened. She sent an sms saying that the package was out for delivery on Friday. Today, (Monday 11/05/2020) the package had not been delivered. I managed to get hold of the third party company, after calling Aramax and being told I would be sent an SMS (I wasnt) and was told the package would be delivered by 15:00. It’s now 20:01 and no sign of the package. Aramax should really reconsider working with this company, or if they insist on working with these dishonest people, communicate with and update clients on the progress of their packages. What was supposed to be an overnight delivery has taken a week and I am very disappointed.
The service is disgusting. This company is dishonest. They sent an sms saying my package which was given to them on a Wednesday was out for delivery on Friday. Today is Monday and the package has still not been delivered. I called in and can not get through to anyone. After finally getting through, I was assured my package would be delivered by the 15:00. It’s 19:51 and no sign of the package.
I've been experiencing daylight robery and no communication from MTN. I upgraded in November 2017 and was told I have 10GB free data. Two weeks later, my service was disconnected and I was told I owe R28000 for data used. I went to the store multiple times throughout 2018 where they called and emailed the head office to no avail. During that time, MTN debited R28000 from my account and upon reversing it, they started debiting R500 monthly from my account. Today I called and was told I need to speak to a supervisor and when I asked to be transferred to one, I was told that they sit on another office and I cannot be transferred to them This is very frustrating as I don't know what I am paying for. When I ask to be shown exactly what I used R23000 worth of data for in two weeks, they are unable to produce those records, but are very eager to take money from my account. I cannot upgrade because of this, and am constantly paying for something I don't know. This is very disheartening as I have been a loyal MTN user since 1998.
