The worst ****ing customer care I have ever experienced. I have had no internet for 3 days. I work remotely and MTN is absolutely putting it in my ass. The most useless bag of ass hats I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Customer care cant do ****, their automated phone service doesnt let you report most problems.
Ongoing connectivity issues for three weeks with no technician dispatched to help us for a week now EVEN THOUGH the ticket has been marked as urgent MULTIPLE TIMES by axxess as this internet line is needed for work. Telkom, **** you and the horse you rode in on
