This bank forex department is appalling ,no customer services and mastered the art of eletronic response ,they said money was deposited inan fnb account ,after follow up ,the money is still with them,one ponders if its a bank or ****mers,its been day which has caused such inconvenience
We have bden trying to sign your mandate and euther aza finances says something else same bank details i have been using ,i really dont kniw which details must i put in been using the same details bank ,bank acc,name and surname,we have to use miney you are inconveniencing us
Worst customer services ever,went to change my card ,with my ID and my credit has been blocked have to provide my bank statement ,to get a new card citing security,worse on their verification was asked my personal info eg last purchase, date of issue of ID,home address but I still failed my own info,next to.e I will provide my neighbours details
