If you own a car service and repair shop, do not take any work from customers with a Motorite warranty. You will not get paid. I was stupid enough to take on another car with a Motorite at the end of last month after i swore to myself not to do it again. They have a system of changing invoice details including their address, so that they can delay the payment. the latest story is that they did not get our emailed invoice, even though they confirmed that they had received it while we were on the phone with them. I am part of a franchise group of 72 repair shops and have notified everyone in our group of this. I have now put a sign in our reception that notifies customers that we will not do any claims through Motorite. I am definitely going to tell everyone that asks to use Innovation group for their extended warranties, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Never ever again.
