Last year January 22 I signed up with drica i activated payfast system to debit for 11 monthsxR290 they replied on email confirming they have received the money and the will get back to me within 7 days. second month they debited twice, i emailed no reply today my 11 debits paid up but still collecting money . i have been sending emails , No reply.
I signed with Vumatel / webafrica the beginning of august since then I had poor experience with the service and support from the first week of installation I had no internet for about 2 weeks , technician was sent out to resolve the issue ''LOS red flashing LED'' a week after it happened again I was told there is Outage in my area, but my neighbour s internet is working fine I told the support agent only then ticket was logged , Technician went to Eastrand they found that the cable is damaged and quotation was sent to me, I contacted them again I told them quote sent to me doesn't belong to me because I stay in soweto it took them a week to come to my house and then technician failed to fix the error, I waited another week for them , they came and replace my router they left without setting it up and said it will automatically configure it self after 2hours. it took 3days to configure it self. it worked about a week and died again. logged another call lastweek after a day or 2 it worked fine, yesterday 09/12/2022 is off again with the same error(POS) ticked and logged again REF#101077. I have spent more than R800 for prepaid data just for my Exams on top of that I still get debited R399 monthly by vuma for the internet that I don't use. Previous REF# 96024, 98271, 3978511, 91636, 969115, and service from web African is pathetic the Agents always find a way to disconnect and find yourself talking to a different agent meaning you have explain yourself again.
I have signup with Drica 9 months ago and they debit my account on monthly basis but no one is responding to emails anymore but before I signed up,they used to call me almost everyday. The problem started after my first debit went through, they stopped communicating.

SINCE DRIKA STARTED DEBITING MY ACCOUNT I HVENT HEARED ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY DONT HAVE CALL CENTRE NUMBER , THEY DONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS, I WAS PROMISED TO BE REMOVED FROM DEBT REVIEW WITHIN 7 DAYS, TOADAY IS 6MONTHS SINCE
on the 5th we gave a parcel to Postnet the Glen Mall to send to Kroonstad and we advised that it will be delivered on Thursday, On friday afternoon i tracked it DSV website and realized that there is no update and i called 011 4360848 and i was promised that it will be delivered on Saturday morning before 9am.. around 11am i called and i was told they wont be able to do this delivery anymore all cars went in for service and they can only deliver on sunday morning. Today is monday still no update and no one is answering my call at the postnet. Tracking nr: XDXCT00000305.
I signed up with Dc expect 3years ago, I owed Standard Bank R16000 on my credit card, to date my account is sitting on R14325.00....this means all this years they only paid R1675 to standard bank, I contacted Daveshia & Bernice (Mngr)on 12Aprial19 to rectify this account.. Now i want to settle my account and i was told that my outstanding balance is R14325.00 while i already paid them more than R10000. The consultant Shaheeda tell me that there is nothing they can do on the other hand they dont want me to talk to the manager (Bernice) no one is willing to help. All they say i must continue paying but for how long
