suspect scam
Last year January 22 I signed up with drica i activated payfast system to debit for 11 monthsxR290 they replied on email confirming they have received the money and the will get back to me within 7 days. second month they debited twice, i emailed no reply today my 11 debits paid up but still collecting money . i have been sending emails , No reply.

Scammers and Thieves
Use this company at your own peril. They are scammers, do not offer any service other than scam you out of your money. ITs a nightmare getting hold of anyone there, nobody every responds to you once they secure your money. Stay far away from these thieves

Bad Customer Service Feedback
Customer Service Feedback is very bad, over 4 weeks now of constant emailing and calls to request on a follow up that was already a month delayed, but still nothing. Do not know what to do now to get some feedback.

I've requested Drica to help me with their services in April 2021. I made payment and on the 1st of May I received an email from them acknowledging that they have received the payment and will be assisting me with theirs services and within 7 days I will receive the outcome. That was the last email I received from them. I've been doing a followup sending them emails but they are not responding to any of my emails.
