Very poor service. Consultants dont know what they are doing.When buying tokens through their app you dont get tokens immediately, you must report to them and after somedays they will generate a token for you. High terrifs.
I've requested Drica to help me with their services in April 2021. I made payment and on the 1st of May I received an email from them acknowledging that they have received the payment and will be assisting me with theirs services and within 7 days I will receive the outcome. That was the last email I received from them. I've been doing a followup sending them emails but they are not responding to any of my emails.
I once took a funeral policy from Hollard tha decided to canceled it. Last year during lockdown a sales consultant from Hollard phoned me and asked if I dont want to reinstate my policy and I told her she must give me a quote cause I want to compare with my current policy, and she said ok she will call me back, of which she never did. The next thing R155.00 was deducted from my bank account. I phone their offices but couldn't get through. Than I reversed the debit order. Few months later they phoned me again I told the lady that I dont want anything to with Hollard since they took an advantage of having my bank details and debited my account without my consent. Now they've listed me on credit bureau for R155.00.
I phoned to cancel my debit order and to ask for another alternative way to pay for my premiums, reason being at this particular moment I am getting paid from the Corvid UIF and I don't know the date of when am I going to get paid. I couldn't get any assistance the lady I spoke to told me they cant cancel the debit order and they don't have any alternatives unless If I know the date when I am going to get paid, Other wise my policy is going to laps. Very disappointed.
