If I could 0 I would. This store is absolutely pathetic, they never answer their phones when you call and when you call no one is their that can actually help. I took in a device for repair on the 09 of July 2024 and received a message that is repaired and sent back to the store on the 12 of July 2024. It is now the 22nd of July 2024 and there is still no one there that can help me, although my device is back at the store. No one made an attempt to call me and let me know my device is there either. This is UNACCEPTABLE and shameful from MTN. They are very quick to call you and cut you off if you miss a payment but when you need help they cannot assist. I am now already paying for something I do not even have. this is extremely disappointing. I took my device to MTN OR Tambo - Ref No.1-116051665174 if anyone cares. I tried to get through online and was transferred around for an entire hour before no one could help me. Slogan should "Everywhere you get transferred to but don't get helped".
I too a subscription for the DSTV Now Streaming service for R699 a month in June 2022, my card was debited 3 x times so I in affect paid R2096. I requested a refund for the balance of R1398 on 25th of July 2022. I was told 7-14 working days, that has now passed and I have still not received any funds back, My service was cancelled on the 25th of July and I was still debited R699 for August even though I did not make use of this service, DSTV are snakes with incompetent people you are forced to speak to in the chat - they are quick to debit you for services but to get your money back is worse than laying in a pool of ****roaches. I am extremely irritated with the lack of professional and pro active customer service received from DSTV.
Customer Service Feedback is very bad, over 4 weeks now of constant emailing and calls to request on a follow up that was already a month delayed, but still nothing. Do not know what to do now to get some feedback.
Continuous Dropping Line in Marister, Benoni. Constant calls and live chats to try and get resolved, promised of being called back multiple times with no call back at all. Has been three weeks now with no feedback, constantly asking to test connections and multiple other exercises with no resolve. Requested technical manager to send someone out today, no contact, no technician, no anything. A company very quick to sign you on and debit your account, but when it comes to customer service it is absolutely pathetic. I have never in my life encountered such a pathetic service from an ISP, the others actually help.
