Unhappy
Very bad experience with Makhanda Finance. They still debited after I have paid up. I requested a refund and no one returns to me. Also requested a paid up letter no response, they not sending statements as well yet they not removing information on credit bereue as if I still owe them. Please someone help.

Sa taxi worst service ever
Good day. There worst service ever from sa taxi. My Toyota quantum was stolen on the 28th of April 2019, and it was recovered a week later. We proceed claim and went to identify the vehicle from the police storage. They took it to the panelbeter. Then we were advised that the assessor has assessed the car and they will fix it. Till today the car has not been done anything because the panelbeter has advised they are still waiting for the approval from sa taxi insurance. We have been calling endlessly with no luck. Worst of all, went you call, you'll hold for more than an hour, just to speak to a consultant who is assisting you with a claim. Calls are not returned. At the same time they are sending sms that we must pay the premiums. Once got hold of Lucky from sa taxi insurance, he promised me the claim will be resolved as he has given the panelbeter approval, but when I called in today panelbeater advised qoute hasn't been approved. It is now 6th month and nothing has been done and I don't know what to do anymore.
