The turnaround time from ordering to delivery is quick and efficient. Their competitors could learn from them! Govchain is ***********
It's been two weeks now and my business is still not registered. I have been getting nothing but excuses from every single person I spoke to. The process was supposed to take 2-3 working days. Please DO NOT USE GOVCHAIN to register your business.

Poor service from Govchain
I app**** for registration of my company two weeks ago with Govchain. Their adverti*****t says from application to full registration takes 48 hours and you will receive all your paperwork and Certificates. It has been TWO WEEKS!! Using the poor excuse that government systems are under maintenance causing the delay. I wish I had done my due diligence to first do some research. I found post dating back to 2019 where Govchain used the same excuse with other clients. This is horrible and poor service! I would advice people to steer clear of Govchain and rather use the services of other more reliable companies.

Pathetic Poor Service from Momentum health4me
Momentum health4me is the is the worst medical aid scheme I have ever dealt with. Their disgusting and unhelpful Customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Trying to get a authorisation number for a doctor's visit is the most impossible thing to do. Hello Doctor is the worst resource and the overall experience with this joke of a scheme has been BAD!!! I right now need to take my sick 2yr old son to the doctor but it seems like I will have to let him DIE cause momentum couldn't give a ****!

Endless problems with Cell C and their incompetent staff.
Me and my wife have received the most pathetic customer service from cell c for the last 3 months. Incompetent staff that does not understand what we say and make incorrect changes on our account that led to even more issues. Last month my wife's service was suspended. We called and they asked us to mail proof of payment which we did. Few days later it gets suspended again, we call in and get told we still owe money after we paid the amount on the statement. After a long drawn out telephone call we just hung up. We have paid our September installment but now my service has been suspended!!! Cell c is the worst network provider ever!! I do not even want to call the helpline because then I will have to del with incompetent staff that is of no use or help at all. DO NOT OPEN A CONTRACT WITH CELL C.
