Bad service Ford N1 City
If I could give half a star I would . Went to the dealership just for a quote on a part for my car on Tuesday 19th March . Arriving there I was welcomed at the front desk of there parts department with no one in site except for there manager . I waited for about 5 minutes before the manager acknowledge me and shouted to the back for assistance at front desk . All I heard at the back was , "I'm busy ". The manager , a female , then politely went to sit down behind her desk leaving me to wait another 20 minutes before being helped . So now my question is , if the salesman was busy , cool, why could the manager not help or was it not her job ?....AS FAR AS I CONCERNED , CLOSE YOUR DOORS GUYS, if thays how clients are treated

disgusting
just received an sms saying that my application was not successful with phonefinder. The shocking news is that i never in my life did an application with them online nor on internet or via phone. So now if they are using my details and sending my details however they got there hands on it this is simply fraud. I went to SAPS and chatted to them about it and said if anything should happen again i should open a case and sue Phonefinder for un ethical conduct of personal information.

Faulty defy washing machine
If I could give defy half star I would. Bought defy toploader automatic that is faulty. Technicians came out to check problem and so far nothing as yet. Besides that most of our clothing as well as bedding has been destroyed cause of this machine. Now my question is will defy replace the things that was damaged while using there product or will nothing be done

great service
Thanks to all the staff and support from owner that made my purchase at your dealership so effortless. From the start until delivery the salesman Nizar was on top of things all the time. I understood that it was a used car and some things needed to be sorted out before delivery, but every day i would get feed back , and i actually told him to stop doing that. Day of delivery was the best. If only there could be more dealers and sales people like this around. Thank you guys
