I've made a payment for an order with. MRP fashion, did receive an order number however funds have been deducted, payment was done via Ozow payment, reached out to ozow and the confirmed the receipt of payment and provided confirmation that the funds are with MRP. Ive emailed Mrp providing a proof of payment and bank statement but still not receiving feedback. I constantly have to explain my issue to a different consultant who lack customer service and who don't read to understand but just to reply. Spoke to Jessica Moolam, Tembeka via WhatsApp and Nokwazi. No reference number or Tat provided

We received a world class service on the 13th September from Sihle at the Midrand Chinatown branch,his attentive, warm hearted and definitely a people's person.
We placed and paid for our order on the 21st September was informed that we should expect delivery latest the 4 October. Which never happened i have since been calling every week to follow up today i called in the morning this matter was escalated to the logistics manager who said will call me back after a meeting am still waiting instead they send the delivery with an incomplete items. The Service is appalling
