An absolute horrible experience that we had at this spa today, if its not dirty and un organized the the******s cut your therapy short and runs late. We booked a 45 minute reflexology therapy X2 at 3:45PM today Got collected in the lobby by the the******s at 16:00PM therapy started at 16:05PM By 16:20PM they stopped and said that they are finished with therapy, we then informed them of the 45 minute session and that we only had been busy with the therapy for 20 minutes. After an argue with the the******s trying to explain that we had an 45 minute session booked. we decided to leave the room and end the session. Got at the reception and got told that they will charge us for a 30 minute session for 1 therapy, this again lead to an argument with the rude manager to explain to them that our therapy was only 20 minutes and we had booked a 45 minute therapy. We left paying for 2 30 minute reflexology therapies!!! The most frustrating thing ever is to pay for something or a service that your totally not satisfied with. This was the worst experience at a spa ever! I will not recommend Soulstice to anyone.
Who ever runs or own this place should go and observe their operations, how do you even call this an emergency vet, the staff has no sense of urgency the systems are down and offline, the vet does not even want to touch my dog, we had to open my dogs mouth for the vet to view inside his mouth. There was no direct, indication given by the vet as to what was wrong with our dog whilst in the consultation there was a lady in the reception area with a picaneese which was clearly bitten by another dog on his throat instead of attending to the dog in an emergency way they sit and struggle with their system to log the owner of the dogs details. All this while the blood is running from the dogs throat. This is an absolutely pathetic operation/ vet and i have never encountered such an un professional reception staff member and vet. There was no gloves in the consultation room, vet had to run to go and get, tested my dog for diarrhea by sticking his finger up my dogs ass, surely there are instruments for such a test.
