Good value and workmanship
Very good workmanship, good value for money, on time as promised. Left the premises neat and tidy very day and went the extra mile with small requests. Very happy!

Excellent refund policy
Very good experience with cancelling my bookings! Even though 2 of the places did not refund Lekkerslaap, they refunded me!!! This is truly exceptional service.

Bad Customer Service
Zevenwaght branch - The new move to make branches smaller is having a very bad effect on customer service. I am a small business owner and wish to collect my new card from the branch. ONE person at enquiries and ONE teller. It took an average of 10-15 minutes to serve one person in the que, there was 6 people in front of me, that translates to 1-1.5 hours of waiting just to pick up my card. The amount of business I am loosing standing in the bank is not acceptable.
