I’m a contractor and insured my construction vehicles with AC&E Engineering via Raju Enterprise as the consultant( acting as a middle man), one of my trucks was involved in an accident where it was hit by a private car while the truck was stationery parked inside the yard. We went to police station to make an accident report with the other party and acknowledged that she was at fault and gave us her insurance details for purpose of claiming. We then contacted and informed our insurer about the accident. Since the accident happened on the 15th September 2019 they have been taking us from Pilar to Post, requesting new information everytime we made a follow up, regardless of that we kept on giving them what they wanted. Until today the 14th January 2020 when we make a follow-up they tell us that they cannot authorize the penal-bitter to repair the damages, they say I must fix the truck my self and they will only pay once I produce an invoice that is fixed. This was never explained to me when a started with them and I never signed anywhere that I acknowledge that condition, because I wouldn’t , it doesn’t make sense. If I have money to can fix my machinery when involved in an accident, why will I opt for insurance? I have been paying my monthly contributions very well without a single skip for the past 3 years, but they failing to do what is required when it’s needed. I need your help in this.
Had a 24 months contract with cellC on a pocket router, it gave me problems with connection and battery lifespan from the onset. Contacted them but couldn’t get any help and they did not even want to cancel the contract however is was not serving the reason I took the contract for. I waited until the 24months lapse, that was July 2019. I went to cellC waterfall mall in Rustenburg to cancel it, however they said they cannot assist me I need to call cellC helpline myself. Made means to call and instructed them to cancel the contract as I don’t have intentions to renew. But to date they have been debiting and twice a month this time, whenever I reverse the money and try to block them they change amounts and references and the debit order goes through, the charges for reversal is a pain. This is a pure fraud done by cellC, if they don’t have client to sustain the business they might as well close the business and not force themselves in our accounts unauthorized. I’m ****ed and angry as hell.
