on 23 december 2020 my wallet stolen called in a reported stolen R9000.00 withdrawn from account fraud department is meant to be to best of the best (useless) cannot tell you where monet was drawn as they must request in despeartion i plea just to where aso i can maybe check where and go look myself fraud dept can block card and thats that .. i get new cards from Fnb alberton on 23/12/2020 and then a person Gugu decides 23/12/2020 to go block my new bank cards..i miss here one call and she just blocks account.. on Saterday 2/1/2021 i go to bank and bank is closed (covid) i call fraud once again and ask what now , sorry they will check recordings and get back to me why and how account blocked again (Godfrey) still waiting for that return call up to today Fraud dept is meant to have compatent staff and people that know understand problems ..dont clearly have a clue and to end this letter im still waiting for anyone to at least call me and update the stolen cards will money be refunded aor anything i cancelled my Absa account last year with a fraud issue for the same reasons i thought i could maybe have a better experience from Fnb , it seems im wrongs i think i will also be changing my full account and bonsd going forward i should not be the victim here from crimes but i did not do but nobody seems to care
don't ever try buy a part from these guys if its wrong they will mess you around for weeks to get your money back , even if its there mistake they don't take accountability for nothing and tell you thats the way it is andries and yaseen 4 aces pta , yaseen being the manager gives you lip and hangs up call
you buy parts from these people when wrong they mess you around and don't collect the parts when you want your money back they tell you to wait 10-12 days for a refund you must go to them be warned insurance company's , they are not worth the effort
romans mercury rd , benoni 11/12/2019 17.45pm i do a call in order and am told 30min to collect , i leave 5 to 7pm i arrive .i pay for order .three staff on front counter just talking to each other as if you are not there.i ask where is my pizza after waiting and waiting .i get told i must be patienct .only one oven working ,staff keep talking away .next customer walks in to order .pays and gets told 30min till order will be out..lie to clients with a straight face and no concern..i suggest nobody ever tries to order here ..service sucks and useless staff.mornay
ABSA BANK ABSOLUTELY USELESS.I HAD A ACCOUNT TAKE OVER IN 26JUNE 2019 AND A FRAUDELENT LOAN AS WELL .TILL TODAY ABSA CANNOT SORT OUT AND I VE BEEN TO SEE ALBERTON BANK MANAGER A FEW TIMES .MANAGER MAKESA FEW CALLS AND SAIS IT WILL GET SORTED .ONCE A WEEK I GET CALLS WITRHTREATS THAT MY CREDIT SCORING WILL BE AFFECTED AND I MUST PAY , FORENSICS DEPS AT ABSA PHONED ME ONCE WITH THIS WHOLE ORDEAL . IVE EVEN CLOSED MY ACCOUNT APPARENTLY NOT.THIS BANK MUST HAVE THE WORST SERVICE , IF YOU CAN CALL IT SERVICE IN THE WHOLE BANKING INDUSTRY , I HAD MY ACCCOUNT FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS AND THIS IS HOW IT GOES, COULD NOT GIVE A DAMN.HOPE THIS REVIEW MIGHT GET SOMEBODYS ATTENTION BECAUSE CLEARY THE CALL CENTERS AND ABSA DONT CARE ,JUST ANOTHER NUMBER
