I want to express my disappointment with the services provided by CarLicense.co.za. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The key issues revolve around their lack of feedback, poor communication, and an excessively prolonged wait for my car license disc. Despite my anticipation, I have been waiting for three weeks without any concrete updates or resolution. The absence of timely communication and feedback has created a frustrating experience, leaving me with uncer*****ies regarding the status of my car license. I hope CarLicense.co.za addresses these concerns promptly to enhance their service quality.
