So ons wag nog steeds. Elke keer met Neels gepraat. Baie dankie dat u aandag sal gee in die verband Regina Meyer

My vehicle was taken to Olympus Panelbeaters to be repaired after an accident. On the first attempt to deliver the vehicle, I took it for a test drive. Even when pulling away i could hear a problem with the tyre catching the body. It therefore seems as if the vehicle was not tested thoroughly (no or poor QA) before declaring it complete for handover. The vehicle was kept and apparently fixed, two days later. Promises to keep me updated on progress never happened. every time i had to call the company to get a progress update and every time is was promised that they would return my calls. Only after i became irritated with their lack of responsiveness did they start returning my calls haphazardly. I was promised that the vehicle would be delivered to my house. They did not return it on the day that they initially indicated, neither did they phone to update, i had to call. Today, after i was again promised that the vehicle would be delivered at 08:00, they arrived 45 minutes late. This was after i repeatedly indicated that i need to leave home by the latest 09:00. When i took the person (Mr Jan Kruger) on about their inability to communicate or keep to time, his response was that nobody talk to him this way. He ordered this driver to get into my car (that was to be delivered) and take it back to the panelbeaters. He furthermore instructed me that i can collect the vehicle at the panelbeaters and then left. When leaving i also noticed that the car was not even properly washed. As for their workmanship, its inconclusive as i still don't have my vehicle. As for their customer service, the company is definitely not recommendable.

Neels at Olympus called on the Monday to make an appointment to bring my BMW 320i in for repairs (Insurance claim). I told him I needed it back before that Friday. We agreed on me dropping if off at them on the Wednesday morning. The owner, Jan then confirmed that they are aware of the fact that I want the car back asap. That same Wednesday afternoon they called to inform me the work was done. They not only repaired what was quoted for, but also sorted out 2 other minor areas of repair free of charge.

I had and is still having a terrible experience with these guys. They are a bunch of crooks and liars. My car went to them in the beginning of the year to have hail dents repaired. It came back with a broken interior light and a broken cubby. I don't understand what the light and cubby had to do with the repair....but ja its broken. The gentleman who assisted me is Neels. He agreed to replace the broken items. To date, I have just been told utter lies. His most common excuse when I call to follow up on when my car will be fixed is, I am going to quickly call the guys and find out whether the parts has arrived, I'll call you back in 5 minutes. This 5 minutes never realises. Or the other one is, I'm quickly going to check with my storeman whether the parts has arrived, I'll come back to you shortly.....this also never happens. People, do not take your car to these guys. They are LIARS. I even got my insurance company involved but still no joy. Olympus Panelbeaters in East-Lynne.

In 2016, i was involved in a car accident. The person who was driving my car then, lost control of the vehicle, went over the pavement and collided with the tree. MiWay approved my claim and appointed Olympus Panel beaters (Pretoria) to fix the car which they did, at least i thought they did. Being the first time buyer and a first time claimer, i knew a little about cars and claiming process. I did everything according to the process and trusted that MiWay & Olympus Panel beaters would do everything in their power to fix the car as good as new. I was gravely wrong. For obvious reasons, the car was never the same again and i thought it was due to the accident. Over the years, i experienced various problems relating to the suspension of the car. I replaced a lot of damaged & worn out parts for the suspension, but the problems persisted. On the 03.04.2019, i decided to take the car in for thorough inspection with the aim to fix it once and for all at whatever cost. We put a new gear box, CVs and bolt joints etc. but still not satisfied with the car. He then took it to Motor Vision (Pretoria) on 12.04.2019, & they found few problems with the suspension as suspected. The Chassis control was bent, Chassis Legs, caster, camber, shock mounting etc. were damaged. They called me to ask if i went through the pavement and the only time i recall is when i has the accident. That is when i realized that , the problems began after the accident. Which means that, MiWay assessors did not do a proper job in assessing the damage. Olympus Panel Beaters also did not do their due diligence when it comes to damage assessment. They only repaired what the MiWay assessors told them. As i am typing this review, i have to pay over R15 000 to fix my car, which is something that should have been solved in 2016. I am not happy with Miway and i have been with them from 2012. This is the kind of reward you get for being loyal to them. This is not the last time they hear of this.

Worst place to take your car. They are friendly when you are at their store and their prices are reasonable but that is where it ends. I am being billed for a rental vehicle after the manager Jan promised to pay for the extended rental of the car because they took more than a month to fix my car. Now when you phone to talk to him about it he is never there. Pathetic service to say the best. Stay away.
