So you get the app to get food. Only thing is you need to verify the account in Uber. So you download the app and try and verify it only to go back to UberEats and guess what "Please verify your account"So you delete and add you card numerous times, each time they take money for future purchases but hell why not throw money down the drain right. Then you phone them and they are to busy to help you and your call gets dropped. Then you go on the website and try and place the order online and guess what. Order only available with a eats pass, which is a monthly subscription... Really... So you want to con me into a subscription just to get food during lockdown? Pathetic pathetic app and service. No wonder I've never used you before, will never attempt to do so again either.
Pathetic app. Takes an hour to try and place and order and when you finally get that right it takes your payment and then tells you something went wrong. Now you phone them and they just tell you sorry wait a day or two to get your money back. It's not like your still stuck without food is it? The you try again the next day and the same story. You app sucks and your service as well. Refrain from using this company.
**** place. Waited for more than 80 minutes for two medium pizzas. Not worth visiting the place.
Worst place to take your car. They are friendly when you are at their store and their prices are reasonable but that is where it ends. I am being billed for a rental vehicle after the manager Jan promised to pay for the extended rental of the car because they took more than a month to fix my car. Now when you phone to talk to him about it he is never there. Pathetic service to say the best. Stay away.
<p>Had my car towed to them after they confirmed they can assist e with the repairs. Now they are full of excuses and the foreman is sick and no one can work on my car and they don't have a courtesy vehicle available... They are basically leaving me hanging and don't give a flying *** that I don't have transport now or that I can't go to a funeral this coming weekend because of them.</p>
<p>I have been patient but seems like Absa just doens't care about their customers. I reported a fraud case on my account more than two weeks ago and I was told that someone will phone me to discuss my fraud case. The phoned me the next day, stated the fraud was on my online banking and that they will create a new case at their online banking department and that someone will contact me. I AM STILL WAITING TO BE CONTACTED!! I treatend to go to the go to social media if I don't get a response and guess what, I got an sms stating they will phone me. That was on the 3rd of March. I explained to the lady that I initailly opened my fraud case with that this was my deposit for a new place to stay but I guess Absa just doesn't care. As long as they get their outragous banking fees they don't give a **** about the rest. I dare you Absa, prove me wrong.</p>
