I cancelled our Telkom Landline on the 9th of May online. We received confirmation by SMS with a case number. However I was still billed for June and July. I contact the call centre on the 12th July and they had no record of the first case number and suggested that we re-cancel the line. The line was cancelled on the 12th July. Now we have been handed over to rpp law and they are telling me to contact Telkom to resolve this matter or pay up. I have phoned the Call centre, been put on hold, been in store, spoken to Managers and nobody can resolve this matter. I refuse to pay for a system error or what ever fault Telkom is trying to cover.
