Bad Service. You are turning customers away the way you handle the sales of the Raptor Range.
I have phoned 4 dealer today. One dealer the new vehicle salesman not at work nor the manager. The dealer in the north sales agent does nit report back. (Lost the sale of a vehicle). The dealer in Windhoek has several lists for potential clients for the new Raptor. I was no4 on a list and all of a sudden no136. Why can you not do pre purchase authorization it the list is so long.

KwikHot has service agents in Namibia. The Geyser burts and is under warranty. The agents come to my house and I have to pay a callout fee. The agent is so rude in my house to us as clients. Please refrain from doing business with such agents. They made claims what is not true because the agent is unfit to handle the oroblem

Went into the Toyota agency to buy a vehicle. The salesman was busy to quote and give mw the price on a vehicle. In walks the owner Mr. In****o. He nor his salesman decided I as customer who wants ti spend in Excess of 700k is important. They both ignored me wile I was talking to the sales person. O was so flabbergasted. I turned around to walk out when another sales person said to me you know who that person is? I do not care. I am a customer willing to leave 700k at your bussiness Mr In****o. You should have known better as the owner. Lucky for me I was help with a swift and friendly service at Pupkewitz Toyota.
