I purchased my BMW 118i from Bmw Auto Glen on the 10th of October 2020. The Salesman Kade was very Helpful and Friendly. The Car unfortunately broke down on Saturday 26 December 2020 with a Drive Train Malfunction, turns out the Fuel Pump needs to be replaced :( . The reason for a 5 star rating is due to the fact that they are replacing the part at no expense to me and no hesitation, The Dealership staff are very helpful and provide a quick response to any queries, the Service Department has kept me informed at all times. A big thank you to Kade, Dale and the rest of the team for providing excellent Customer Care Service
Delivery of my new Bank card is continuously being delayed. I was expecting delivery Yesterday as arranged by DSV on friday, no phone call received yesterday to inform me that it wont be delivered yesterday. instead I receive a phone call from your operator this morning to move delivery date to another 3 days time? did not advise me to have my ID or Drivers as well? not very professional should not take 7 days for my card to be delivered after delivery was arranged for 2-3 days after card was ordered
