Never buy Samsung products especially a fridge. Terrible service to get parts for Hisense in South Africa. Imagine no parts sales in Gauteng. You have to order via email from capetown. They take ages to respond to emails. It’s a nightmare to maintain Hisense products unless if you’re buy once off ( it breaks you throw away and buy a new one) The parts department sales rep absolutely blank! Don’t know their own product. Terrible service. Never recommend Hisense to family and friends
