Swimming pool repair
Bertus from Steri Pools replaced pipes (I still not know if it works) we cannot open our leaf catcher basket, as it is cemented. The lsurface id holder is loose, not cemented. They wanted to pave our pavers back onto soil with chunks of cement. No riversand! Swimming pool has so much soil dumped into it. We called him back to discuss, but he is so rude, I just excused him out of my yard.

NO SERVICE
Getting NO service from Absa Credit card dept and Absa Private bank. My credit card expired end of Oct 2022. It is now 2nd Nov 2022 and still NO attempt has been made by Absa to furnish me with new cards. We are living at the same address (wich they financed) for 15 years now, so they cannot even make the excuse that they do not have our address. Can you please advise. Oh and by the way, their websites are TOTALLY outdated as their 24 hour nrs are only working from 8 to 14:00. ITS A BIT LOUSY FOR A BIG COPMPANY LIKE ABSA!

NO SERVICE FROM AFRICAN BANK
I have been trying to get a bank statement of my deceased son's account since 3 August 2022 with NO success at all. I have a letter of Master of the North Gauteng High Court asking for a one month bank statement of the deceased client, as well as all the relevant documents. I am currently at the branch in Menlyn. They are simply just not interested in helping me. What else can I do just to get a bank statement???
