I am disgusted at the service I have received today and many other times yet when payment is late they are quick to switch off. I wish they could be as quick to sort out our technical issues. I have been sitting without connection the whole day and have called them over 5 times. A call was lodged this morning before 9am yet no technician has come out to my premises. I rely on Internet connection to run my business. How am I making money if I can't work. Who will reimburse me the money I have lost for today?
The overall experience was nice. How ever I got a very bad reaction on my skin after the facial. I'm someone with very good skin though sensitive. I am told that there is nothing they can do to help my skin as I signed an indemnity for they can just offer me a free product, same Matsimela product that set my skin off. Very disappointing. As I will have to spend money to get my skin to its normal state. I have done facials before. Never has my face reacted. I have even done a peel.
Bad experience constantly. Their tokens take too long to come through. At times I am sitting for electricity for an hour or so.
