I took my vehicle early this year for repairs at Klipriver Auto Spares. After few months they have removed my engine from the car so that they could send the necessary parts to the engineers. They have received everything back & the car must be assembled. I last saw my car on the 12 April 2022 with no engine. Today I went to check on my car after management have promised me that I will receive my car last week Friday. When arriving there today I've noticed that my car is still standing on the lift where I last saw it with no engine. I've paid my car since March 2022 but still no progress. Everytime I contact management, they keep on making empty promises. I wasn't told what will be the full total of my vehicle's repairs. They just keep on taking money but no repairs have been done. Please assist me regarding this issue because I'm in need of my car & I need it 100% fixed. The workshop manager fixes his family's vehicles on the same day when they take it for repairs. Klipriver Auto Spares make a 100%profit on all vehicle repairs. Their service is pathetic & it's unacceptable because we are paying customers. I will appreciate it if my car can be repaired asap with no complications.
I've worked for Klipriver Auto Spares since November 2021. Ever since I've started I've been the best salesperson every week. I've enjoyed working there even though my colleagues was pretending to be happy with me being there. I've experienced no problems until end of April 2022 when I had to leave the company. I left in peace & I didn't take anything from the company. Unfortunately I didn't receive my last salary & when I've approached management about my salary, they mentioned that they took my money for buy outs. Buy outs are motor spares that we order from other businesses to sell to our clients so that we can make a bigger profit. The buy outs that I was charged for is with the company. Which mean I've paid for spares that the company is selling for their own benefit. I have a car at their workshop for repairs since early this year but my car is not fixed yet & they keep on promising me every week that my car will be fixed then I can collect it. I've started paying my car monthly since March 2022 & last month their management have explained me that they took the balance of my salary for the repairs of my car. In total Klipriver Auto Spares charged me over 12k to fix my car which is not fixed yet. They make 100%profit on all motor repairs & spares daily. I would like to receive my latest salary because it's unfair to let me pay for goods that the company is selling for their benefit. I would also like to have my car fixed properly & thereafter have no business ever with Klipriver Auto Spares.

I bought a car through bank finance last year November 2020. My license & registration are included in my contract. When I collected my new license disc beginning of February 2021, I had to pay an additional fee of R180 because Pinnacle Cars did not renew the license in October 2020. I've addressed this issue with Pinnacle Cars but the sales person & manager just ignored me. I would like to be refunded
My girlfriend took a new contract out on her name for me. We received the the Y7 Pro on the 1st August 2020. The phone was 3 weeks old then it fell out of my hand. I've contacted Telkom on various occasions to let them know that the device fell & the screen is cracked. Huawei have a 100 day screen protection cover. My application was not approved because the consultant who helped me didn't mention the 100 day cover to me. I only found out about it when the screen cracked. I'm sitting with a broken phone that must be paid every month. I just want my phone to be fixed
I've loaded data yesterday for 7 days. This morning the data has disappeared. I've called Vodacom customer service more than 5 times today no help. Vodacom is a disappointment
I'm very disappointed in Vodacom because I had a top up contract until it was suspended on the 25th October 2019. I had my own recharged airtime until my phone was re-registered on the 31st October as a prepaid line. The consultant who helped me said my airtime will still appear so I have to wait for an hour then my line will work normally. After an hour when I switched my phone on my airtime was deducted for no valid reason. I spoke to 2 different consultants on the customer care line to query this problem. They gave me 2 different reasons which didn't make sense why my airtime was deducted. I bought data bundles to use my whatsapp but I can't use my whatsapp even though I have data. I spoke to another consultant on the 1st November but the problem was never solved. My airtime is still not replaced my whatsapp not working at all with the data I bought from Vodacom.
