i paid my 1st installment and they went and debited my account, currently I am over with 183, now I am getting calls, messages and an overdue letter when on the previous call with 1 of their agents they confirmed they will refund me. i call again today they promise again to refund or utilize for my next bill. the agent was taking this query as a joke (Ntswaki - apparent Team Leader)

Great Work
From the 1st interaction with Dr it has been a pleasant road. Should I have anther d am definitely going back to him. his Reception lady is also amazing i think her name Phili very friendly and professional. although the Dr needs to change his anesthetist that he works with at Lesedi,

Lack of customer service
The drivers are rude, ladies in the office contradict with themselves the driver was here twice but still no delivery was made - he was rushing me and screaming at me to think he was under some influence of something
