This is the company with the rectangular green logo. They take your money and that is where everything stops. They don't send the goods you paid for, reply on emails or even reply on their website chat.
I received great, personal service from Tech Guy. Some items were not immediately available, but I eventually received all goods.
I dealt with Simoney Howie who was very friendly and helpful. I understood exactly what the insurance package contains.
