Bought Nike shoes from them that are now tearing from the sole. Spoke to Nike who said the shoes carry a 2 year warranty I must take it to them. Went in, refused to help. Say shoes on have 6 month warranty. So my advice would be buy directly from Nike and get extra 18months of warranty. Also, Nike customer support is much more helpful.
Had a broken washing machine. Reached out to Arnold, fixed within 3 days. Very happy with the service. Can recommend.
Recently purchased a vehicle from the Richmond branch. I was assisted by Eugene Louw on the sales side and Nwabisa Sodwele as the F&I. Bought a vehicle from them in November 2022. Still no change of ownership received. Roadworthy Certificate that was given has expires since - so that is also now my problem. Use to follow up with salesperson, but gave up. Shocking service once the invoice is paid.......
We are having issues closing a company that doesn't operate anymore that has outstanding tax returns (nothing to report, but outstanding). Discussed this with Kyle, he quickly quoted me with the products we need to buy to get this sorted. We don't know how to do this so we made use of their services. Received an email from Lettie Liebenberg this morning (not sure if this was supposed to remain internal or was sent intentionally), saying how incompetent we are - and nothing constructive to help us fix the problem. Yes we made some mistakes and not well versed in company tax, but this is why we made use of their services. I have asked the tax clearance to be cancelled, will consult a tax practitioner to assist us with this and then use your company to assist with the closing as I already paid for everything.
Trying to close a credit card - no joy. Being ignored like a stop sign.
