We have a client with a Duratherm geyser still under warranty. Reported on 9 Jul Friday. Monday afternoon 16:23 and the client still hasn't been contacted. Tried half of the day to get hold of Duratherm via phone without success. Please don't do any business with this company as the services is non existent.
I upgraded my contract and struggled for more than 1½ weeks calling Telkom every night. Last night I was assisted by the most friendly and helpful lady called Iris. Her service was just excellent and she was the only one over this time period that actually solved my problem. I just want to say well done Iris.
