I app**** for a homeloan, and before even requesting the info, the simply decliend. I asked for a reason, and received no feedback. I emailed Shaun Wessels personally, but he simply refuses to repsond. They refuse to assit or respond on any emails. I hoenstrly regret having existing homeloans with them, as they have become the worse bank in SA
Emailed then 2 weeks ago, spoke to kelseyp@discovery.co.za. Got sent a quote, I asked a few questions on it with no feedback. followed up 5 times, no response. I will be going elsewhere.
I've been a Dotsure client for 11 months and have 2 dogs on accident cover. I've now received an increase of 24% from them. According to them i'm high risk, because I have 2 claims. The dog that has had the 2 claims is not even on the policy for a year, 9 months to be exact. Basically increasing me then before a year even passed. Be careful, price upfront may be good, but as soon as you join they give Absurd increases.
They advertised 30% off on first purchase, when I tried to use it they say it's only on mirrors. I emailed them and were ignited. WhatsApp them and they blocked me. Be aware. They are purposefully misleading clients. Stay away.
I submitted a claim last week and was requested to give additional info via the portal. The portal did not work and did not allow me to submit anything so I sent it on email. It's been more than a wwwk with no feedback at all.
Truly constant bad service from Adrian and Neo. They respond every 4 days on an email, Neo has responded once in 3 weeks, ignoring all my emails. Refund was promised 9 days ago. STILL no feedback or refund.
I bought 2 new bed bases and both were delivered damaged. They promised to replace them, and showed up last week out of the blue with no prearrangement. I was not able to accept it at the time, and was told they will come back later the same day, and they never showed up. Today I received a SMS confirming the delivery has been completed and to rate the service. Ironically the link does not even work.
Horrible service from the start, when my iem eventually arrived it's the wrong item, I reported it and they told me it was I asked for. I forwarded my emails to proof it is not, but they refuse to assist. Stay away. You will be disappointed.

Builders took my money without allocating to an order, been waiting 3 weeks for a refund, they simply refuse to give me any feedback. Ignore all my emails. Zayden-Kelly De Bod promised she will give me a call last week Thursday. It is the next week Tuesday, still waiting on that call. Kind regards
