Very bad service from Standard Bank Homeloans, no feedback on queries, you always have to call in, and they dont respond to their emails. Have to look at moving my homeloan to a better bank

I was double debited in around Oct/Nov last year, since then I have been emailing MTN customer service for a refund on the double billing, it has taken them almost 5 months to now tell me that i was being billed in arrears and now I will be billed in advance, i had no communication from them regarding this billing change, with this being said, this is not acceptable, I have been debited every month without fail, and with the double debit , I should be in credit, where is the invoice for the double debit, i want my money back , this is not acceptable, I have been emailing and asking for someone in accounts to call me and a manager, when you call the manager is always busy and i was given an email address to email which i did, the manager did not even email me, this is shocking service, I am thinking of porting my number, I am due for upgrade, the only reason I did not upgrade was because I was not keep on any of the specials, maybe it is better this way, it does not seem that MTN is keen on my business anymore, I have been a client for more than 20 years

Hi All Please see complaint sent to Pick n Pay, regarding using eggs in their bread rolls, bread, and buns and not advertising this on their labels or in the store This is unfair to us hindus who observe a fast and buy bread thinking it is eggless. "I came to the Bluff Store yesterday and was in the process of purchasing chelsea buns with custard , so I stopped at the bakery and asked the assistant, if this had eggs, she said yes, the premix has eggs so I asked her what does she have that does not have eggs, she said they use the premix in everything, and the premix has eggs , I asked her if that included the rolls and buns, she said yes, I asked her to please double check as , as far as I know there is no eggs in rolls or buns, she went to the back , spoke to the bakery manager and she came back to me to confirm they use the premix and it definitely has eggs, they checked the premix ingredients, I was shocked as the label on the rolls definitely do not indicate that there is eggs, I explained to her that we are fasting, and we do not eat eggs, and it is unfair to us customers , it is not on the label for the customer to see, neither is it marked at the bakery, and this includes the bread the store bakes. I asked her if it is the same for all Pick n Pay stores, and she said yes, as they get the premix and they have instructions to follow, I then spoke to the store manager, Evienne, and he confirmed that Pick n Pay a while ago changed from a 25% premix with no eggs to a 20% premix with eggs, he then called the Bakery Director at head office who verified this, he even asked the Director why this was not on the labels, at the end of this, its a sorry there is nothing we can do, the product does have eggs, this is very disrespectful to our custom and religion and I need this matter taken up, it is not fair and it is discriminative for pick and pay to do this to their customers, please provide urgent feedback, this matter is also being reported to the Hindu Association and the public. I Ordered a braai Rotisseri on the 7th October, I received an invoice for the item and I did an EFT, I was assured the item will be delivered in 48 to 72 hours, I waited however received nothing, after countless unanswered phone calls, unanswered emails , I had no option but to contact my Bank , they advising I need to log a fraud case, which I did, I had to go to the police station and log a fraud case, I had to wait for the bank to do their investigations and the braaishop even lied to the bank that they shipped of the item, later said it was sent via postnet, even though I paid for shipping to my door, the bank eventually had no choice but to send me an indemnity and fnb reversed the payment back into my account, this guy even phone the bank to try to get the money back , this took almost a month, but I am glad I have my money back, however I am not letting this go, It cost be a lot of money for the calls , emails, and going to the police station, this guy is a thieve, he steals peoples money and as long as his website is up, he will continue to do this , so we have logged a criminal case with ISPA to take down the website, everyone that had a bad experience where they paid and never go their stuff should log a case and follow through, the more people that log cases , it will make it easier to remove this website and get him to stop stealing, he has no communication s****s, from the time I paid him, we have not spoken to him once, he has not called us once to apologise or explain or anything, I only wish I saw these reviews before ordering from him
