I requested for a delivery to go off to a business associate for her birthday on 8 December 2020. Received a notification on the 8th at 18h17 that the item could not be delivered and was assured that the delivery would be made priority on the 9th December 2020 which did not happen. I tried calling and emailing but no response, was kept on the line for 7 minutes then it cuts you off. I receive an email on Saturday 12 December to say the delivery was made and the recipient signed for the order. This was a business address and the recipient does not work on a Saturday, I called to check and found out that it was not delivered to the person it was intended for but someone else signed and took this. I tried calling again but no response. We emailed and no response. Very disappointed with Netflorist.
Since installation I have experienced problems with the blinds. Just over a year now the guarantee has expired and two of these blinds are broken. When I called to report this I was told that the repairs would be for my own cost before even listening to the complaint. The after service with this company is very disappointing. They are aggressive with bad attitude. The product is of inferior quality and the owners of this business are absolutely rude. Unfortunately I had them fit blinds throughout my entire house and now do not have confidence in their product. My previous blinds lasted for 13 years without any mechanical fault just wear n tear. Really disappointed.
