Avoid this company - items don't arrive and they do not respond
Under no circumstances would I recommend ever ordering anything from this company, at least if you in South Africa. Without going into all the sordid detail, the bottom line is: - they take no responsibility for delivery. If your items don't turn up, too bad, never mind that shipping responsibility was fully in their hands. - they are impossible to communicate intelligently with. The only mechanism is via email; responses received are limited to reiterating that tracking link, with no attempt whatsoever to engage with the content of my email to them Nearly two months after their own estimated final delivery date nothing has been received and the tracking status has not changed for a month, with me powerless to do anything at all about it.

Excellent deal and trustworthy
As a seller of my car they were completely transparent from the outset on every detail of the two offers I could choose from - one with a possible bonus (based on final sale value and time taken to sell), one without. They priced realistically so the bonus was achievable. I would have got less out than their competitors offered me only if it had taken more than six months to sell (and then not much less). In the end I scored the full bonus. Perhaps a bit unresponsive once they've taken ownership of the car - but who cares, they did a great job selling it. Oh, and by the way, I would trust them if I was a buyer as well as a seller.

GovDocsMadeSimple - Police Clearance
Having waited three weeks - despite a promise of 1-2 days - to receive notification from SAPS that they had received my (overnight) couriered Police Clearance Certificate application, I decided it would be prudent to utilise a service that could guarantee a quick turnaround. I called GovDocsMadeSimple who were excellent in all they did: very polite, always responded very quickly to emails and calls and organised my PCC and had it couriered to me within one week.
