Unresolved Claims and Ongoing Delays in Medical Treatment Authorisation
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of clear communication and delays in processing claims and authorising necessary medical treatment. Despite multiple follow-ups over an extended period, I have not received a proper explanation of the status of my case or what is required from my side. The process has been slow, confusing, and stressful, particularly as it relates to urgent medical care. I am still waiting for a resolution.1 reply

UNRESOLVED CLAIMS / DELAYED AUTHORISATION
I have been dealing with unresolved claims and a delayed surgical authorisation process for several months. Despite repeated attempts to obtain clarity, I have not received clear answers or timely updates. The lack of communication and slow handling of my case has directly impacted my ability to proceed with necessary medical treatment. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
