You again! You have taken my money for 3 months now and I want it back . You said you would help me with my claim but you have taken my money and Kubashine didn’t even attend to my email after she called me . I’m reporting you to the Ombudsman now for fraud because your behavior is unethical and your whole establishment should be closed down. You can’t have more than 60% of the clients complain about the fraud going on in the claims department and us no getting assistance. That is just not right !
I would love to thank Toyota Empangeni for such great service. I’ve had my bakkie services there and their customer service is excellent. Thank you Ketha and the Empangeni team for always being accommodating and giving service with a smile.
Finrite Can your company explain as to why nothing has happened about my claim since the 30th of September until now??!!! You have deducted insurance from my account for the month of November whereby I don’t have a phone and you refuse to assist me on the above matter. The matter has been escalated more than 5 times since I started calling on the 30 of September 2019 and I have names, times , dates. The last call I wanted to talk directly to a supervisor and your consultant refused and said they will assist and here I am today, still nothing.
