no good treatment from omnicover insurance
hello my husband have been trying to get response to omnicover insurance regarding the accident that took place 24 september 2019 and its been weeks we have sent all the documents and no 1 has came back from us. what we are asking to please reach to allan hes the guy who has to make the payout his e mail address is allan@omnicover.co.za we have tryed to contact them and there is no success.

dishonesty and loyalty poor communication
as i,ve posted before about the bad expreriance regarding the the accident that happed 2 months ago i have tryed to be in contact with them and they never gave us the correct information as to they have lead to deal with talk sure instead of king price from the start.

poor communication and disloyalty
my husband has a problem claiming to the insurance after the accident which happened on the 24 september 2019 which took place at boksburg. it was an old lady,s car that crash into my husbans car which the car is from the company called butle buhle, since then the insurance promised to do the payout after 8 weeks after the claim,now its been 8 weeks and they havent have the payment how can we deal with them.
