Instructions are easy. However the product was not handle with care. I purchased x2 4-door 1800 BIC. I find the corner of the door chipped also the glue of the packaging ended up leaking onto the cupboard door as well now I have already waited a month for these cupboards now I still have to deal with these unnecessary issues also it doesn’t take 45 mins to finish assembling more like 2-3 hours a cupboard with a level of advanced DIY skills. I paid R3000 per cupboard

Why are you guys emailing me to say my query is "resolved" it is not resolved!!!! I need assistance feedback help my money back ASAP!!! Your sales consultant at the American Swiss branch in Westgate Mitchell's Plain has made this error and now I am struggling because I have to do the run around for my money!!!! I need a call from a manager asap for this to be resolved today still or I'll be going to social media!!!! I'll never ever make a layby or open an account with TFG again and I'll spread the word
Last year in Oct 2022 I started a layby with American Swiss Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain. I deposited R500 cash. I then made another payment on the 22nd December 2022 of R1000 which I used my bank account to make the payment. After I made another payment in January 2023 I requested the balance and to my surprise it was still more than what I expected. I told the lady I made a payment in December she then said there was no payment made in december. I went to the bank and was advised that TFG had received my payment as per the attachment of my bank statement. It's been almost TWO WEEKS and I have still not received any feedback I called yesterday but still nothing. No FEEDBACK. This is my wedding ring, of which I still need to re-size and wait for that again. I plan to make payment for the balance of R2000 not more this weekend and I need feedback, the manager at Westgate Mall American Swiss says they are waiting for the Head Office. I NEED THIS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP. I AM GETTING MARRIED ON THE 4TH MARCH AND NEED MY RING THIS WEEKEND WHEN I MAKE PAYMENT SO THAT I CAN GET IT RESIZED ASAP Please contact me
MTN customer service is useless. My mom is a pensioner and been struggling to do a swim swop now for months I tried helping her I sms 44770 she receives NO OPT number wihtout that we cannot do a SIM SWOP we tried 135 136 NOTHING I call MTN Liberty Promanade they tell her to come in with her ID, POR and a R50. A R50 just a SIM SWOP!!!!! sicking and my mom being a pensioner I refuse for her to pay this R50 we rather just changed her network to Cell.C with no issue of having to SIM SWOP
I do not understand why it is always a lonnnngggg process just to make a EFT payment if I have missed a debit order payment with you guys seriously. I follow the link I have been provided with to make a payment using the payfast option. I insert my number I have registered with when I first ordered Fibre with Webafrica, Then it tell me "Customer is not found for provider" of which does not make sense because not only does my bank have my cell number you guys do have my cell number as per my Customer Zone profile. Please assist me asap as I want to make a payment so that my internet can be up and running in the next hour!!!!! I have already chattered with Yolanda Mseleni of which is useless.

If I knew long ago about such a company as Ooba homeloans existed before that provide such help I needed in my life it would have saved me lots of time. But its never too late. Unauthorized debit order for R45.00 every month, very frustrating. You work hard for your money then you get such companies just taking what does not belong to them. My query is still unresolved.
