Refund

Thiko even still owes me a refund of R1720 they promised to refund my money back but now they are not responding it's for a Zonked show that they cancelled last year in November they change the date of the show so I decided to cancel since then I've been waiting and it's march 2029 still no refund

I've been waiting for my refund and it's been 2months now and the amount is R1720 for 4 tickets that I cancelled.They said I will get the money after 45 days but now it's been 2months and they don't answer their phone and the don't even respond on whatsap when you send a message and I want my money back plz

Bad service

I needed a fibre or wifi at home for my kids and i paid R399 and i waited for them 2weeks to instal and i never received a call until yeserday i watsup aaking when are the coming and now they told me story that they canceled my deal becoz they cant come to Khayelitsha im in cape town and they send me a msg saying i will be refunded my money wihin 15days so need your help becoz i want my money now i can't wait for 7days and details Sibongile Sharon Xengxe. Old mutual cancellation

Hi my name is Sharon i signed for insurance that is for me and my children and i told the sales advisor that i want the police to deduct from february and agreed now the debit order went off on the 25th of january 2024 and again on the first and when i go to old mutual in site b khayelotsha the lady who helpwd me said they can't reverse the money and i have 3 policies that i dont know about can you plz help becoz i want the policy to be cancelled and i want my money back
