Stay away from stitch. After weeks of waiting for feedback after submitting for stitch express. I followed up and got a very unpleasant response. And after waiting some more. I just got a mail saying my verification failed. No reasons, no helpful information regarding why. This company is shakey and shadey. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Let's take our money elsewhere.
I haven't had fiber connection since Sunday. I keep calling they telling me it's still within the SLA to be attended to. I'm so inconvenienced, I work from home. The call center lady was rude and said I must just wait. I haven't received an update till day.
Fiber relocation has been the worst experince ever!!!! i did my due diligences and requested a line to be moved a full month before relocating, the order was then cancelled because "I didnt give an authorization", we later established that i never recieved that information for me to approve. They opened a new order and tried to fast track it. one of the agent specificaly told me not the take the current router to the new location. Now im being told that a new router cant be delivered to me becuase i should have the old one and the warehouse rejected that order, With no communication to me, im sitting here buying data to be able to work thinking my router will arrive any day. I had to follow up again and again to be told this. And im still waiting as they are investigating how to proceed. Im so frustrated with this company. Its almost a month now and i still dont have internet.
I did an early cancellation of a contract cause i lost the phone. Settled the contract in full in December. They are still debiting my account. Iv called at least 30 times since January and asked them to stop debiting my account and refund the months they have been debiting me. They haven't till date.
My internet keeps going on and off. I'm currently offline as I'm typing this review on my phone. Missing important work and meetings. If the connection isn't slow its completely off. Was told I can cancel but I have to pay 20k as the contract is new. But now I cant utilize their services when I need them the most.
Dadas motor land sold me a car that was involved in an accident. And argued that they knew nothing about it. Refused to take it back unless i traded it in for another more expensive car. This has been the worst experience of my life. Horrible, Please get a AA check done before purchasing anything from them.
