If you want to do anything regarding your account good luck. I froze me and my wifes account which only would cost me R100 for both of us. Moove debited me the 100 rand and not long after proceeded to debit the remaining balance off of me too. What's the use of having rhe option to halt your debits until you have the finances for it if they don't uphold to their own rules. I will put a stop order against this disgrace of a company.
I cancelled my contracts by paying in full. Have the quotes as proof. Their negligence in detecting this and then not deducting my fibre led to a double deduction with an added tarrif on my bill. I do not recommend this service anymore. The view bill option on the app does not even work. I'm being billed for things I was not in control of. I asked to be called back and they have not done so.
