Bad customer service
Verrryyyyyyy bad customer service from the staff and manager by the name of Teddy. I visited your store round about 19:52 firstly the cashier (Jerida) coudnt provide me with a meaty tripple deckar special she told me there was no meat. Then I ordered a small BBQ Beef. My Pizza was cut off on the side the same caahier took it and said she will fix it. She brought it back it was burnt and too dry.inwas not happy about it she then called the Manager Teddy who was verry rude amd told me he cant do anything that pizza is the way it should be, i must take it and throw it away if i was not happy about it. I felt so insulted by your manager who forced me to take it because ase I had ordered it, He even refused to provide me with hi superiors contact details then he left me by the counter after being so disrespectful and argued with me in front of his staff, another lady by the name of Dorah came and assisted me. After i had waited for few minutes without assistance, the whole staff and enjoyed all this that was happening. A lady by the name of Samkelisiwe was also rude as she said to me she does not know how a pizza should like becase she does prepare any pizza's, that made me realize that since your branch is in a township we as customers are not being respected by your managers and staff. I was spending my hard earned money to be treated with so much disrepect. I wonder if your manager even have skilled to run your business.

BAD HUMILIATING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to fish and chips co in Alexandra pan mall on the 16th Nov at 17:41. I was assitant by a cashier with no name tag. I wanted to enter a competion i saw on one of their posters displayed. She told me the competion had closed when i asked why they still advertising it amd that they shouldbremove the those posters. i was insulted by the cashier she even told me they can advertise anything they want and its not my store i cant ask her question and tell her anything, they can advertise whatever they want anytime. She argued with me on top of her voice and insulted me until i left. She even gave me an incoplete order. She told me she didnt even care if i visited their shop again She even gave me her friends contact number when i asked for her superiors number. When i called the number a lady answered and she said she will contact the store without even hearing the reason for my call when i tried to explain she put me on hold and answered another call . people please do not buy at fish and chips co in Alexandra pan mall the staff is sooo rude and their managers too . To think i was the ony customer at that shop on a saturday afternoon really proves that the behavior of the staff there is verrrry bad. The owner and investors of fish and chips should be concerned about their investments. I do not see myself visiting that shop again i wont even advise any one to go there.
