Absolutely shocking service!
On Friday the 27th I received a message saying my parcel was going to be deliverEd, the website stated that my parcel will arrive On The 30th so I was not expecting a delivery. They attempted delivery but unfortunately I was not at home at the time. TODAY the 30th of December is the day my parcel is supposed to arrive! I phoned and confirmed that I would be here waiting for them to deliver. I am still sitting at my at 5:45 waiting for my delivery! When I called again they said it would arrive tomorrow! I’m sorry but that’s not good enough customer service! I’ve taken a whole day out of my time to wait for my scheduled delivery! Worst of all when I called the call center the male on the other end was awfully rude and abrupt! They made me feel like because I missed their convenient time to deliver now I must sit and suffer! They said on Friday they would return! It’s now Monday 5:45 and no delivery and no status updates. Most useless delivery system ever! Takealot is way more professional when it comes to delivering! I’m disgusted at this whole ordeal. Tomorrow I leave for my holiday so now what must I do! Thanks DHL for nothing!

False advertising
I entered a competition with them back in 2017, they rigged the competition and never emailed to say thank you for taking part or anything. False advertising and a waste of time!
