I checked my tillslip, and found an additional R999.00 added for a pair of shoes that I did not buy. There were no shoes on the counter, and the whole experience left me feeling that something irregular was at play. The Teamleader reversed the charge and told me the amount would eflect in my account in 7 days. The excuse provided is that this sometime happens with the system. I found this entire experience bazaar, and needless to say, Decathlon will not see my business again.

Can anyone tell me why the parking at the Sandton station opens at 5.06 am when other communters are already in the station? It is clear why the Gautrain is struggling when the arbitrary rules of only starting trains at a time when it is too late to get to the airport for any flight leaving before 07.00 or lands after 19.30. This is not world-class service but poor operational planning that is not geared toward customer needs.

I took out a modum contract 2 weeks ago. The MiFi router does not work. The store advised that they are booking it in and it will take 21 days before they let me know what the problem is. No replacement modum available or offered, and I have been informed that I need to take it up with the Accounts Department if I dispute paying for their faulty modum whilst they send it away for assemment.
