Not happy with my stay ,changed rooms due to the second room booked being on a different floor ,no fridge in room ,have to wait for iron, no microwave service ,asked to cancel after 2 days and was told no refund ...
Standard Bank Home loan Please assist me urgently , I had contacted STDB Home loans division in April to give a cancellation notice , this was not recorded ,I called back to confirm this and was told no cancellation notice however I had given the date and time to a supervisor whom had resolved the issue , the notice was for 3 months so I called in around the 31st July due to the house not being sold and was given the date of 31st October to be the 3 months so if house not sold to call back before the 31st October which was what I had done , I called on the 29th October at 11:49 spoke to a consultant for 10 minutes and 31 seconds , and requested an extension .The agent said I should call back so I advised her that I want a manager to call me back as these cancellation notice information changes every time I speak to an agent .Today I called in again for another 10 minutes , requested to spk to supervisor or mngr and once again received a different version , the agent says that the title deed was requested from attorneys on the 27th September and if they need an extension , this must be done by the attorneys not me and this is only valid for a month if I require further extension it is until end of February .
