Good day I spoke to someone at 3-g concerning my cell phone that has been there for over 31 days and I just like to share that this person was so rude to me over the phone to say that I'm a customer and I'm not supposed to be doing a follow-up but you know what personal it's been my cell phone that I have bought and it's been sent to 3 g for repairs to LG him I'm at 3 to him or total sports cannot give me an answer about what's happening with my phone and I would just like to know what is hello Peter going to do about it
I would like to lay a complaint with total sports and 3G I've sent my phone to have it repaired it's a hisense phone it's been with 3-g for more than 31 days prior to last week phone in total sports the have said to me that hisense will either repair the phone or do a a credit for me I'll phone them today so after I've called 3 Jim that giving me a long story about the phone to the only been there for 21 days and they not sure where the phone is contacted totalsports once again for the third time this today and they would or follow up but you know what I'm so tired of people doing follow-ups and not getting back to me so I would just like to know I would, hello Peter deal with this.
